Unless you've had your head buried in the sand for the last few years, then you're bound to have heard of The Biggest Loser, but for those of you that haven't, this is what happens:

In The Biggest Loser Australia, twelve contestants are split in to two groups that compete against each other to lose the most weight with their trainers Bob and Jillian.

The overweight contestants battle the bulge to lose the most weight before their rivals do, in order to avoid being voted off the show. Their goal? A more healthy future, $200,000 cash, and the title of "Australia's Biggest Loser".
